In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional results and providing support to key Fortune clients as they expand their operations. Role Summary: 

As a VMS Recruiter, your specialized knowledge of Vendor Managed Services (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP) within a corporate environment will be key to driving success. You will navigate this evolving landscape and collaborate with top-tier MSPs, ensuring a seamless delivery of high-quality technology consultants and unmatched client satisfaction. Your role is essential in delivering top-tier technology consultants to our Fortune clients. You will develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, attracting the best candidates in the industry. Managing the end-to-end recruiting process, from candidate identification and screening to offer presentation and consultant closing, you will work closely with our sales professionals to align your efforts with business priorities and foster enduring relationships. Responsibilities: 

Recruiting: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including identifying and screening candidates, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, presenting offers, and closing consultants. 

  • Demonstrate experience working with MSP/VMS providers, such as Pinnacle Group, Agile 1, Allegis Global Solutions AGS, Randstad USA, TAPFIN ManpowerGroup Solutions, Guidant Group, The Bartech Group, KellyOCG, Enterforce, Zero Chaos, ARCO Service Corp, nextSource, Workspend, Advantage xPO, Atterro, DCR Workforce, AMN Healthcare, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, Tech Mahindra, and others. 

  • Cultivate a network of W2 candidates across various technology sectors, including Project/Program Management, Engineers (Java & .NET), DevOps, System Engineers, Technical Business System Analysts, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Analytics. 

  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques, such as web searches, job boards, and social networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Professional Conferences, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, etc.), to attract the best candidates in the industry. 

Sales Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales professionals to develop effective sourcing strategies and present your top candidates for their openings. 

  • Build relationships with prospective candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to align your efforts with business priorities and generate opportunities for managed staffing and workforce management solutions. 

Candidate Evaluation: 

  • Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential new hires, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. 

Strategic Planning: 

  • Anticipate business priorities and assess how they will impact long-term staffing plans, providing total talent and workforce solutions to meet industry demands. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in VMS/MSP/RPO programs, with expertise in managed staffing, vendor management, supplier management, and related areas. 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in technology recruitment, preferably with corporate VMS accounts. Fieldglass experience is a plus. 

  • A strong network of candidates in technology sectors, including Project/Program Management, Engineers (Java & .NET), DevOps, System Engineers, Technical Business System Analysts, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Analytics. 

  • Demonstrated success in delivering top-tier technology consultants to Fortune clients and providing talent management solutions. 

  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and market dynamics, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, solve complex problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with excellent written and oral communication skills. 

  • Experience working with MSP, VMS, RPO, SOW, IC, CCWC, and related areas.
