Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, deeply committed Marketing Coordinator to represent the brand in the field through pop-ups, brand activations, competitive research, and in-store promotions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cannabis culture, self-care, and community engagement — and who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where flexibility is key.


Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Promote products, educate consumers, and drive on-site engagement

  • Represent the brand with authenticity and enthusiasm at events, in-store activations, and community outreach opportunities

  • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the guest experience

Marketing & Competitive Insight

  • Conduct competitive research and trend monitoring across dispensaries and lifestyle retailers

  • Support content initiatives including social media engagement, blog writing, and community storytelling

  • Assist in maintaining online presence and reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer updates

  • Manage subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with privacy and opt-in regulations

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and provide actionable insights

Event & Activation Support

  • Set up and break down events, ensuring polished presentation

  • Coordinate with marketing and retail teams to deliver impactful customer-facing experiences

  • Maintain marketing storage and materials in an organized, event-ready state

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing feedback and field intelligence

  • Participate in team meetings, including those scheduled on short notice

  • Ensure the brand voice and mission are consistently represented

Team Collaboration

  • Provide accurate insights and operational support across departments

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years in brand ambassadorship, public relations, marketing, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles

  • Proficient in social media platforms, trends, and content creation

  • Cannabis or wellness industry experience strongly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Office365, Monday.com, Sweed, and Google tools strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)

  • Comfortable with social media platforms, customer engagement software, and event tech

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Professionalism, polished appearance, and confidence in public speaking

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and willingness to travel frequently to events and store locations

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and respond to last-minute opportunities

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs during event setup and remain on feet for extended periods
