We are currently seeking a Recruiting Professional to join our growing team located in downtown Chicago. As a Recruiter, you will work in a high-growth environment managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle in the fields of technology, data, engineering, marketing, operations, and more across the Cannabis industry. We offer a full suite of human capital and consulting services to equip you with the right tools to succeed while also having you work closely with our CEO, President, and Account Directors to promote growth and development. We are passionate about Cannabis and what we do, and, in turn, we are seeking people who are passionate about developing their careers at Growing Talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting from identifying and screening candidates, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, to presenting offers and closing candidates
  • Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search, job boards and social networking (i.e., LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Professional Conferences, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Partner with external hiring managers to develop interview processes that lead to quality hires
  • Work closely with internal sales professionals to develop effective sourcing strategies and sell in your top candidates for their respective openings
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential new hires
  • Anticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-term
